In order to use the MoST Gdynia Shooting Range (hereinafter referred to as the “range”), you must pay the entrance fee specified in the price list available at the range’s reception desk or at www.gdyniastrzelnica.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “website”). We recommend reserving lanes and guns in advance via the gdyniastrzelnica.pl website to avoid having to wait in a queue.
In order to reserve a lane via the gdyniastrzelnica.pl website, you must have an account in the range’s system (hereinafter referred to as the “account”). An account can be created at the range (by providing your e-mail address at the reception desk) or by registering at the gdyniastrzelnica.pl website.
Account data can only be altered by range reception employees upon range user’s (hereinafter referred to as the “guest”) request.
Reservations other than individuals, as well as training sessions and events offered by the range can be booked by contacting reception.
Lane reservations can be made at most 30 days in advance.
After making a reservation online, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the date and time of your reservation.
You may cancel a reservation made via the gdyniastrzelnica.pl website within a 14-day period, but not within 48 hours of the reservation date, via the relevant form available at gdyniastrzelnica.pl or by calling reception. Your money will be transferred back to you within 14 business days of cancellation. After this period, you will not be reimbursed for unused reservations.
You may postpone a visit 24 hours before your scheduled date and time at the latest. However, the range cannot guarantee that the lanes of your choosing will be available on the newly selected date. A reservation can only be postponed once. You will not be reimbursed for unused postponed reservations. To postpone a reservation, please contact reception.
The range bears no responsibility for disruptions resulting from force majeure and circumstances outside of the range’s control, e.g. power outages.
Payments made by credit card and online transfer for online reservations are processed by the Dotpay payment solution provider. Complaints concerning online payments are processed by the payment service provider.
Complaints concerning Dotpay payments should be sent to email@example.com for forwarding to Dotpay. A complaint should contain your: name and surname, transaction number and amount.
Guests must be present in the reception area 10 minutes before their scheduled reservation time. If you arrive late, the range bears no responsibility for your belated entry or having less time to use the range. Payments for unused reservations and unused time at the range will not be reimbursed.
Reserving a lane entitles you to use the range for the time period purchased. The hours of operation of the range are divided into 30-minute periods.
